Many people online or offline think that they have sold the deal to the customer but now the deal is closed but it is a completely wrong idea.
In fact, sales are not the end of the story. The real work begins after the sale because then we have to build a relationship with the customer, a relationship that will drive the business forward.
The emphasis is on long-term relationships rather than short-term income. And since then the process of closing the cell has to be considered as the beginning, not the end.
We must be sincere, whether offline or online. Our use, our sincerity must be our best service.
The better our relationship with the customer, the more likely we are to sell. So, you have to build a good relationship with the customer as much as possible. We have to present our products to everyone and deliver quality finished products in line with the market price.
If the business is big, if you have a salesman, you must have an experienced salesman. The biggest disability of salespeople is not being able to build a large number of relationships. Technically it is called not fulfilling the ‘sales funnel’.
So we have to take care of this and if we want to have sales staff, we must have skilled workers.
